KMZ 01 washing system for aprons

The KMZ 01 is a steel washing system intended for free-standing onto the floor. It is equipped with a hand brush connected by a hose to the water inlet and controlled by a sensor with START/STOP system. The electromagnetic valve is automatically switched on after the brief shading of the sensor and opens the water inlet including the dosage of disinfectant liquid. If the system is not switched off by repeat shading of the sensor water stops flowing after the set time of 15 sec. (can be adjusted from 5 to 100 sec.).
An apron is spread in the bottom part of the washing system and the straps are fixed on hangers in the upper part. After the apron is washed from one side, it can be turned around and the other side can be washed. It is possible to put a shoes on the grid and wash them by using the brush.
Imperfections in the floor are balanced out by four adjustable hobs. The construction of the system allows the outlet to be placed above floor level.
The KMZ 01 washing system is intended for operations where quality mechanical dirt removal from working aprons is required.
The canister with disinfecting solution is not part of the delivery.
