AUP 43 EGERIA urinal with integrated automatic intelligent (IQ) flushing device
The AUP 43 (EGERIA ceramic) is a ceramic urinal with automatic intelligent (IQ) flushing device. The electronic device scans and evaluates the process in the siphon trap and gives instructions for flushing accordingly. Only one litre of water is sufficient for flushing. If the urinal is approached and not used, the electronic device does not respond. This avoids unnecessary flushing in case of incidental and short entry (passing by the urinal, etc.). The flushing duration can be simply set using a magnet; no remote control is required.
As all elements are installed at the back of the ceramic unit, the flushing device is protected against mechanical, even intentional damage. The urinal does not contain any optical elements, thus eliminating the disadvantages of sensor-controlled technology, such as damaged or contaminated sensor diodes and their impaired sensitivity to dark colours. The urinal is automatically flushed after 24 hours of inactivity – hygienic flushing to refill water in the siphon trap.
The AUP 43 automatic urinal is designated for areas requiring user comfort and a high level of hygiene with a maximum reduction of water consumption.
